Initial consultation to discuss your needs
We will set up a brief phone call to discuss your current situation, and assess your practice’s needs. If we’re a good fit, we will schedule an in-depth review at your location.
Full service review on-site at your practice
This is an on-site review to gather specifics about your practice. We will thoroughly review your areas of interest, identify potential issues, and design a plan to meet
your needs.
Contract finalization and service start date
Once you’re happy with our proposed plan for your practice, we’ll finalize a contract and date to begin working together.
Encounter entry and the claim follow-up process can begin almost immediately. A plan will also be put into place for staff orientation.
