I have worked with JPM Billing Solutions since I started my own LLC in 2016. I left a large Medical group and needed a biller for my nursing home visits. I was referred to JPM by another physician, and have never regretted that decision! I find them to be organized, professional, and extremely responsive to any questions (even though those questions may reflect a lack of billing knowledge!). I would describe JPM Billing Solutions as having the resources and knowledge of a large company, but with an important “personal touch.” Example: when my billing numbers dropped dramatically due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jennifer and her team lowered my minimum fee without my asking!! I would strongly endorse (and have made referrals to them with good feedback) using them for all billing needs.
My office has been a client of JPM Billing Solutions since 2014. We chose to outsource billing because we realized that to maximize reimbursement from insurance companies and other payers required a level of training and expertise that was not available in house. JPM has assigned us a dedicated staff member who we can contact directly to answer questions and help with payment issues. In addition they provide assistance with certification and recertification for insurance panels and CAQH. When in March 2020 we had to suddenly pivot from in office to online provision of services their team helped us quickly become certified for telehealth. JPM Billing Solutions provides assistance in may areas that saves staff time and increases the level of reimbursement
